This replacement 4 piece base for the Wind Dancer outdoor banner stand is fillable with water or sand to securely support the pole and banner. The base can hold approximately 2.22 cubic feet of water or sand. Sand should be used if temperatures are expected to be below 40 degrees, and for extra weight. When filled with water, the base will weigh approximately 165 lbs, and when filled with sand, the base will weigh up to 220 lbs, providing extra security in windy conditions up to 20-24 mph.
