Expand M2 33

The Expand M2 is a premium retractable banner stand from one of the leaders in quality displays. It has an elegant design with a matte black finish and chrome end caps, and has the distinction of being the only roll up banner stand that doesn't use springs. Instead, the Modular Tension System replaces the spring tension system that is used by virtually every other banner stand and instead uses a system inspired by the systems that raise sails on racing yachts. The banner is attached to a simple, light weight media roll that inserts into the base where gears are used to create tension as the banner is raised, and that tension is used to wind up the banner as it's lowered. Once the banner is fully retracted, there is no tension on the banner so the media roll can be removed and replaced without any special steps and there is never a need to re-tension the roller. Winding the banner tightly around the media roll is all that's required if the stand ever loses tension, making it one of the simplest and most user friendly banner stands available.

The M2 features a telescopic support pole with lever locks for easy operation, and a lifetime warranty. The adjustable height pole can display a banner with a visible size from 63" to 88.625" tall and works with lever locks for fast and easy adjustments of the pole height. These are much easier to use than the twist-to-lock style of telescopic poles that are common on lower end stands, and even some high end models. They are also more reliable over time, which is why high-end models tend to use this style of pole.

The M2 uses a snap style top rail that hinges open and clamps on to the banner securely. This style is the most versatile since it will hold any material and isn't dependent on adhesives. The banner attaches directly to the media roll with double sided adhesive.
