I'm doing the design work for our 10' straight frame and the template that is provided says 4x3. Is that the correct template? What are the dimensions of the endcaps? Do customers usually use this as design space or more like a general bleed area for the main design? I was going to put our web address horizontally there, but if it's too small to really be of any importance, I won't.
Thanks,

Yes, that's the correct template. The 4x3 designation is the description of the frame construction, as in it's 4 quadrants wide and 3 quadrants tall. As it shows on the template, the end caps are roughly 12" wide x 89.5" tall, so that should be large enough for your web address. The only issue with doing on that on the end caps is that because it's a fabric display, and the fabric can stretch, it might be tough to have that type perfectly centered on the end cap. The graphic is one continuous piece of fabric so if it stretches at all, which it likely will over that roughly 12' length, the type could end up off center on the end caps, so keep that in mind.

This stretch fabric graphic covers the front face and end caps of the Hopup 10' tension fabric pop up display. The graphic has a finished size of 142.5" x 89.5" for the straight frame, and 133.5" x 89.5" for the curved frame, and has velcro sewn into the back so it's ready for installation.
