The Sterling 2 telescopic support pole adjusts to support two banners with lever locks for easy height adjustment. It comes in a version for the 33.4" wide model that adjusts from 35" to 86", and for the 23.6" wide stand, it adjusts from 53" to 86".

Hello I was wondering if the pole did come included with a top piece that is posted in the picture of the product.

Is the top piece detachable from the pole itself? Also how long do you think it would take to be shipped to long beach California. And last question what is the return policy?

The Sterling 2 telescopic support pole adjusts to support two banners with lever locks for easy height adjustment. The pole for the 33.4" wide model adjusts to support banners with a visible height of 35" to 86" tall. The pole for the 23.6" wide model, which has a two part lower pole so it can fold up small enough to fit in the carry bag, adjusts from 53" to 86" tall, or with the lower pole section removed, it adjusts from 26" to 66" tall.
