This portable base can be used by itself as an extra stable base for feather and teardrop banners, or it can be used as weight with most X-bases to provide additional stability. It features a hollow base that can be filled with about 4.5 gallons of water for a total weight of over 42 lbs making it our heaviest and most stable feather and teardrop banner base. To use it as a base, you simply secure the included metal base spike through the center of the base. To use it as a weight you place it over the center of the spike in the existing flat or X-base and it sits on top to add stability. There are even flat spots on the base where decals can be installed for an additional branding opportunity.
