Does this banner come with the hardware to set the banner up and a traveling case? If not where can I purchase everything needed for this banner to set up and travel?

No, that's just the replacement banner. Here is a link to the Large Format Banner stand that can hold a banner of this type. I'd recommend the Soft Knit fabric banner option for this stand so it can pack smaller. It's a little more expensive but you'll save more on shipping than the difference in banner cost because the fabric graphic can be folded instead of rolled and shipping in a 100" long tube like the vinyl. The travel bags are optional for this stand and you'll find options in the Related Products tab. I just received an answer to my previous question about the 96x96 banner, but I didn't receive the link to buy the entire package, the banner and the stand and the traveling case. Please send me the link again.
This replacement banner is designed for use in portable banner stands that hold a 96" wide by 96" tall banner. This includes the Large Format Banner Stand and Grand Format Banner Stands with the telescopic support poles adjusted to the appropriate size. The banner is finished with pole pockets at the top and bottom.
